The start of a new year sends our enthusiasm to an all-time high as we aim to make this year better than our last.
In fact, you probably know someone or experienced this yourself – from burnout, serious health issues, fatigue, weight loss or gain, confusion, overwhelm, insomnia, or even depression.
I wanted to share with you a valuable method you can use to maintain high levels of motivation all year around.
1. Assess Your Schedule
The first step is to assess your daily schedule. How we spend our time today determines where we will be in 1, 5 and 10 years time. What we repeatedly do determines our levels of success.
2. Find The Flow
Write down the tasks that you love, you find easy, and no-one has to remind you to do them.Choose your favorite activity, one that is linked to your goals and generates an income.
3. Become Fanatical
Now, that you have chosen that one activity, it’s time to become fanatical about it – dream, live, talk, and think about this one activity. Focus on this one thing, as this is where the magic happens.
4. Believe in The Invisible
An important element in sustaining your motivation levels. Attracting what you want is to visualize. Feel and believe it will happen with every bone in your body, every breathe you take, every word you speak, and every thought you think.
All you need is to stay motivated
Motivation starts from doing what you love by finding your flow, becoming fanatical on one thing and most importantly believing in you and your ability to turn the invisible into visible.
If you stick to these few tips and trick you can have the success to crave for and become the man you dream to become.
